3 THINGS YOU NEED FOR RECORDING

• Laptop: Ensure the laptop has enough processing power, RAM, and storage for audio recording. Install a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) like Audacity, GarageBand, or Ableton Live.

Microphone: Use an XLR microphone (for better sound quality) and connect it to the audio interface, or use a USB microphone that connects directly to the laptop if you don’t have an interface.

Audio Interface: Plug the microphone into the audio interface via an XLR cable, then connect the interface to the laptop through a USB or Thunderbolt cable. Ensure the interface is powered and recognized by the computer.
